My approach is integrative, blending evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and a humanistic approach with elements of art therapy. I also incorporate wholistic practices such as the Medicine Wheel and the Seven Grandfather Teachings, tailoring our sessions to support your unique journey.

Cost : Many employer benefit plans cover psychotherapy services, which may make your sessions free or low-cost. Be sure to check your eligibility! Payment is due after each session, and you'll receive a detailed receipt for reimbursement. Additionally, you can claim psychotherapy services as a medical expense on your Ontario income tax return.
Security: Your privacy is a top priority. All data and online video sessions are fully compliant with PHIPA and PIPEDA and are encrypted to the same high standards as online banking.
Virtual Individual Psychotherapy - Youth 12+ & Adults
Session Fee (60mins) $150
Together, we’ll explore the difficult emotions and experiences you’re navigating, and I’ll guide you in developing practical coping strategies to regain clarity, restore balance, and improve your overall quality of life.

Goal-Focused Coaching
Session Fee (60mins) $150
Coaching helps individuals set and achieve specific goals, enhance personal growth, and build healthier habits by providing guidance, accountability, and strategic support.
Unlike psychotherapy, which helps individuals process and heal emotions, coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, empowering clients to unlock their potential and achieve their desired outcomes. Coaching can help you change habits like quitting smoking, reducing alcohol, improving exercise, eating healthier, or any other behavior you want to transform.

Anger Management Therapy
Session Fee (60mins) $150
If you struggle with managing your anger, we’ll work together to identify the primary emotions and personal triggers that activate it. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you’ll learn effective coping mechanisms to improve emotional regulation and respond more constructively. Change takes time, so be patient and kind to yourself—you’ve got this, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
